We ship worldwide. Shipping is arranged through the Tradera transaction, and the destination and shipping option shown for that purchase apply.

Watches are sent with DHL under fully insured shipping, so the parcel is covered for its full value from collection to delivery.

The delivery charge and the estimated delivery time for your address are shown in the relevant listing or transaction. Any import duties or taxes are addressed in the transaction information.

You can return a watch within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period that applies to distance purchases. The watch must come back in the condition it was sent in, with the accessories it was packed with.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. Send the watch back with a tracked and insured service so it can be followed until it reaches us.
